Welcome to The 5 Day $0 Start Business Challenge These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the challenge and your use of the website operated by Xtreme Solutions, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering for the The 5 Day $0 Start Business Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this challenge. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials provided during the The 5 Day $0 Start Business Challenge, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, PDFs, graphics, and proprietary strategies, are the intellectual property of Xtreme Solutions, Inc. * You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal business use only.

• You may not share, sell, copy, or redistribute these materials to third parties.

3. NO GUARANTEES (EARNINGS DISCLAIMER)

The The 5 Day $0 Start Business Challenge is an educational program. Xtreme Solutions, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the results or income you will achieve. Your success depends on your own effort, skills, and market conditions. Any examples of "results" shared by us or other participants are not to be interpreted as a promise of earnings.

4. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

If the Challenge includes a community group (e.g., Facebook Group) or live calls:

• You agree to act professionally and respectfully.

• "Spamming," "pitching" your own services to other participants, or harassment will result in immediate removal from the Challenge without a refund.

5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

The Zero Start Challenge is currently offered as a free educational event. No payment is required for standard registration, and as such, no refund terms apply. We reserve the right to offer optional paid upgrades, "VIP" experiences, or advanced training in the future. Any such purchases will be subject to their own specific terms and refund policies provided at the point of sale.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Challenge. You participate at your own risk.

7. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify the Challenge schedule, content, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Illinois.
